These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Mirror Protocol website, the free "glimpse," and any Dossiers, documents, audio, companions, or other products offered through it (together, the "Service"), operated by Boris Kerjner ("we," "us"). By using the Service or submitting any details, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is your own (or that you have permission to provide it).
2. What the Service is — and what it is not
The Mirror Protocol creates self-reflection and personal-insight content from details you provide. It is offered for educational and entertainment purposes only.
- It is not therapy, counseling, or mental-health treatment.
- It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice.
- It does not diagnose, treat, or predict any condition, outcome, or future event.
The Dossiers and Glimpses are interpretive and reflective. You are responsible for your own decisions. If you are struggling, please seek a qualified professional; in an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
3. The free glimpse and paid products
The "glimpse" is provided free of charge as an introduction. We may also offer paid products, including a full Dossier, audio, companion access, or other services. Prices, inclusions, and availability are shown at the point of purchase and may change. Paid products are personally produced and delivered to the email and details you provide; please make sure they are accurate.
4. Refunds
Because paid Dossiers are personalized digital work created specifically for you, they are generally non-refundable once production has begun, except where the offer or checkout expressly includes a written recognition guarantee or where applicable law requires otherwise. Any written guarantee shown at the point of purchase is part of these Terms for that order. If something goes wrong—your order was not delivered or was not as described—contact us at mirror@boriskerjner.com.
5. Your content and our content
You keep ownership of the personal details you submit. You grant us a limited license to use those details solely to create, deliver, store, and support your Dossier or Glimpse. The Dossiers, documents, audio, prompts, designs, text, and software that make up the Service are our intellectual property and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to submit someone else's data without permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
- Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional care or judgment.
7. No guarantees
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that any Dossier or Glimpse will be accurate for your situation, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular result or transformation. Experiences vary from person to person.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as payment, email, hosting, geocoding, chart-data, and AI providers. Your use of the Service may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to request export or deletion.

This site and its offers are not affiliated with, endorsed by, administered by or sponsored by OpenAI, ChatGPT, Meta Platforms, Inc. or any other platform on which they may be advertised.
